Freestanding Enviro Pellet Stoves

I wish that my husband and I had bought and had been using our Enviro pellet stove years ago. We put ours in our home two years ago and we've saved thousands of dollars by using our pellet stove as the main source of heat and the gas heat as a secondary source.
Enviro pellet stoves come in a variety of sizes and models. You can choose from The Empress, The Mini, The Evolution, the Meridian, EF2, EF3Bi, The Omega and The Maxx. The size of the Enviro pellet stove you choose is dictated by the size of the area you wish to heat. When we went into the Enviro pellet stove dealer that was the first question he asked us. He also wanted to know what type of construction our home was, what the insulation in our home was (and how much there was) and if we were putting the stove upstairs or downstairs.
The smallest of the Enviro pellet stoves, The Empress, has a 35,000 BTU output and a 55 pound hopper. The next largest stove is The Mini. The Mini Enviro pellet stove is rate to heat 600 to 1200 sq. ft. The Evolution Enviro pellet stove has a very large 85 lb. hopper and an output of 45,000 BTU. It can heat up to 1800 sq. ft.
The Enviro pellet stoves come with a range of features. Recessed hopper lid handles, large full pedal ash cans, covered fully automatic controls, remote controls, "silent running mode", and "run quiet systems" for the blower.
Enviro also offers The Omega multi-fuel stove which burns wood pellets, corn, wheat, rye, high bark pellets and grass pellets. It's rated 80% efficient and is self cleaning with a 130 lb. hopper.
There are many reasons to own an Enviro pellet stove. One is the cost of energy. The cost of a ton of pellets runs between $150 and $200. This is more than a cord of wood costs, however one ton of pellets burns like a cord and a half of wood. Enviro pellet stoves have hoppers large enough that they only have to be filled once a day or every other day. Pellets burn CO2 neutral into the atmosphere. There is no smoke. Pellets stoves are manufactured so there is virtually no external heat on the outside of the stove. This makes them safe to be used in any living areas.
